The POA is charged with implementing the covenants, administering the rules and regulations, providing community services including public safety, operating the amenities and maintaining common property and assets.

These documents outline the operations and governance procedures for Big Canoe including voting rights, association responsibilities, property owner responsibilities and leadership structure, 

The policies, procedures, rules and regulations that govern community conduct: including, but not limited to architectural guidelines, vehicle rules & restrictions, rental registration, behavior on common property, or feeding wildlife.

Prepared in conformance with GAAP, applied on a consistent basis. The Financial Statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial condition and results of operations of Big Canoe POA but are subject to changes upon the Annual Audit by the independent CPA firm.

Big Canoe operates with an organized committee system.
